Consents of the BRLMs, the Registrar to the Offer, the banker to the Company, the Syndicate Members, Bankers to the Offer, Monitoring Agency, the legal counsel to the Company as to Indian law, our Directors and the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, to act in their respective capacities.
